Just in case you did'nt know
Fresh Queenie filleted and cut into bite size portions cooked fresh(same day) little lemon
and pepper , salt , hard pressed to find nicer , much like tailor I guess almost a sweet flavour

Spot on about the taste
Spot on about the taste Goach! We used to eat them up north and as long as there fresh there not too bad! But usally went back if there were jacks or reds on board! :) Good fish though mate well done.
