Last night in the swan 3/12/08

Went for a two dives last night with Ryan in the swan , plenty of scallops and the odd big prawn , great vis and the water was warm . Plenty of crabs and even a few boats out late 11 ish Drop netting , Now just got to cook them tonight

Quality feed mate, the water was nice last night and good to catch up again!
Weighed my catch, 1kg of prawns & 20 scallops.......sweet!

Talk about green gills,
oh well Feral I'll just have to have sweet and sour pork spare ribs tonight with basmati rice for tea. Bugger. Good to hear of your employment. Yummy scollops in half shell on bbq and then drizzle a little bit of whisky on them, cook them, eat. grrrrrr great.

Might have to have a cook off at
the club, seafood on the bbq, guests invited, something to think of after Xmas, we've got some nice bbq's down their, all cook seafood, different ways interesting sounds yummy. With southern comfort or bundie in hand slaving over a hot grill.

The clean ones are out in the sand. The coral encrusted are attached to rock, coral and other structure. There are lots out there, but you want to find the big ones as there is not much meat in them.
