G'day guys
Went on a solo recon mission on Wednesday. Awesome day out. Heap of undersize Dhuies, dropped a pinky which would have gone 8kg +, and then three triple hook ups on yellowfins. At first I thought I'd hooked a cray pot with all three rods screaming at the same time. After the first Triple hookup I thought that wouldn't happen again. After the second I thought that couldn't happen again. After the third I put the rods away. All in less than hour. Found some awesome ground. Bought a nice pinky and a couple of tuna home for a feed. Twas a great day.
Cheers Mick

Nice
Nice day out by the sounds of it Mick. Was it NOR or SOR? Been a few reports of YFT recently.
Did you see them on the surface or were you just trolling to try find them?

Matt, just north of
Matt, just north of Baldface, about 12nm north of Kalbarri.
Tim, trolling, just looking around and pinging good ground. There's been bugger all swell and very low tides. Was purely a recon mission with a couple of rods in tow. Vis was incredible. You could see the bottom in 15mts of water.
Warmer water is moving down. A 6kg mack was taken just in front of black rock earlier in the week by a fella throwing mulies for those notorious tailor. Not a bad compromise.
Cheers Mick
