Electronics price rise

After talking to the guys at the boat show and a few others it looks like marine electronics is about to sky rocket with a possible 20% or there abouts price increase happening in the next few weeks due to the exchange rate with the yen.
If your looking at buying soon I would be having a look now and talking to your supplier as it will be hundreds of dollars dearer in the near future.

funny that all other items are on sale and prices comming down because nobody is spending $$

I had a look at fishfinders
I had a look at fishfinders at the boat show. Seems to me prices have already gone up. Was about $150 more at the boat show and that was without a tranducer. Went there looking for a bargain but couldn't find one
So many fishing spots. Not enough sickies!!!!!!!
