now days the tradespeople we get are just full of themselves and think they are alot better than heyreally are. Ther is no pride in peoples work anymore it sucks bdly. I just left one shop were we had five guys in a week come in say they were pipefitters and when they started they ballsed it up so badly. Alot has to do with there is no big exams at the end of the trades apprnticshipnow days and alot of the boilermakers out there now days are in a workshop and do the same thing for four years of their time which sucks because they dont get time to do other aspects and learn. But no pride in work is a major factor atm. I feel your pain

reverse cycle karput, rung, 7 (working) days later technician came, have to order part, that was thurs 4/8 still haven't had phone call when coming with part, a/c is under warranty 18months old, wonder when they will ring? Do u feel my pain, cold cold

Tell me about it, brand new fujitsu reverse cycle aircon and they took nearly two months and 3 visits to fix it.
