bag limits of class 1

we heard the other day that the new bag limit of 4 class 1 has not yet come in to force as yet .can anyone confirm or correct me

The new bag limits come in
The new bag limits come in on the 15th October ,along with the closure. So come December when it opens, thats when you need to apply the new bag limits on v5 fish ,this is what i am told .
