Landbased Combo

Hi All,

I have decided to upgrade my old Landbased combo and want some advice.

I want a combo to use for light beach and rock work, It will probably be used half a dozen times a year for I don't want to go overboard with the price aprox $200 to $300

My thoughts were a 8000 spheros and a 9ft starlo stix.

Any other recommendations ??

Thanks

Lindsay

I use a starlostix 9 foot shore spin mate and its a great, light and cheap buy. I use it for chucking baits to poppers. Currently running a penn affinity 6000 on it and 20lb braid. for the samer reason as you i dont use it very often and it does the job nicely. Worth around $350 by memory. Last a life time if looked after.

Keep it tight, reeeeeeel tight!
