Considerations.
If it's early arvo before knock off should be fine, however from 4pm it will start to get worse once the GROG kicks in.

Depends on where you're
Depends on where you're going, Dean....
If it's the river, you should be right, as long as there's no more rain. A couple of tide changes should clear out the runoff by then.
If it's offshore, your best bet would be to get outside the main reef and go 15m plus. The swell's forecasted to get up to 3m and any shallowish ground figures to be churned up. Having said that, places like James Service Reef off Mandurah seem to maintain reasonable viz (good enough for cray diving anyway!) even with large swell.
