Wagoe Xmas 2008/09

and evening catch...not much of a picture, was busy trying to fillet then clean up to pack to leave!!!! even better was that Ashley at the Chalets filleted for me so I could have a rest....good boy he is and straight after a shower too. Fish always look small when you are 2m tall and 115kg!

he caught a 18kg dhuie (PB) and he held it up and it looked about a 8kg dhuie in photo then grandson stood next to it and was nearly as big as dhuie in photo.

major item to take.....fully equipped first aid box.

The scab is just starting to come off my knee at the moment. And my mate that came in after I did boght along a novice. He ended up in hospital, was cleaned up by a wave on the reef, foot pulled out of his rockhopper and ripped the crap out of the bottom of his foot plus other pretty good grazes and cuts. Had to go in daily for change of bandage etc...........
