Hahaha nah it was vey wierd. Bright light rising up from behind the dunes hoverd around moving left to right. I got out the 4wd and heard no noise as it hoverd . It shot off at a very high rate of knots lol

Have no idea what it was. Me and 3 blokes seen it and none of us were off our nuts.

I doubt it was a "ufo" but i have no idea what it could be?

i havent seen any ufo's, but i've seen some dirty old men rising up from behind the dunes at swanbourne.  there were a few of them coming and going, doing things i never want to imagine back there together.

we packed up our gear quick smart and got out of there.

Why its called loonies.

Sun, 2013-09-29 19:59

Some dudes were fishing up that way years ago, calm, still moonlit summer night , middle of nowhere

a tall thickset bloke slowly walks up the beach towards them.

Oh here comes a tow job or something they think, but tall bloke walks straight past them without saying a word.

Very strange, anyway later in the evening a police 4wd pulls up and asks if they have seen a tall , thickset bloke that had escaped from graylands

funny farm , gulp , yes they had.

The night in the tent, with the flickering of the campfire , the wind , and bird noises was a night to remember ( not!) ,

so that was it , loonies.

Beware the tall stranger on a moonlit night , and for gods sake make your mate sleep near the tent door.
