I've had a big bronzie of that siz follow up fish at north barge about a month ago. Too bad you didn't shoot it,that would have saved a lot of sambo's and Aj's over the coming months.

Hoping for a Mako, then he may have had a hole in his head, this took place a couple of mile from Rotto barges. Think there is a max size on Bronzies etc..

Unfortunately, any whaler shark has a maximum size of 70cms between it's dorsal and interdorsal fin, roughly equating to a shark around 1.4m/30kg. Anything bigger is protected :( that's probably one reason the sharks are becoming such a problem at the aggs, and even up north.

A mako is fair game though, and would be great sport, and even better Tucker :)

Good work on this one though. Awesome to see some people thinking outside the box during the ban, and definitely great sport.
