Metro Perth Short-billed Spearfish 31 August, 2011

Oh I had my fun already with the fish ID thread, so putting it up in my gallery now.
This will probably go down as the weirdest thing I've ever caught metro, it will probably stay that way for a long time.
Just doodling around off in Southcity104's boat with JD and myself as deckies when blam we got a hit on the Richter Soft Grassy in Pink/Pink.
It put in a solid run and was blistering off the line, and I wasn't really that worried until it started on the second run. It certainly had some pace about it and stayed up top, but no tailwalking.
