Yer plenty i cought about 5 of them, normaly 40 to 50cm but chucked them back was not sure if i could eat them, they look like they are poisonous or something plus not sure how to skin them or bone them, but fun to catch, plenty out by garden island....
cut 2cm behind head spine. cut til u hit the backbone, then rip the head off in one go, guts usually comes out with it. then peel the skin from the start (near the ass) of the bottom fin. really easy when u get the hang of it.all nice on the chew also.

Not poisonous, bit hard on
Not poisonous, bit hard on the knife though. Like a shark, reverse the knife when you're cutting thru the skin, ie; cut from the inside out.
