Home made jig

 Got a bit bored today so decided to make my own jig using stainless steel and a home made assist  hook.

looks good, only thing might be to swap that swivel clip with a split ring, will be stronger and wont bend out as easy. loving the eye tho :) Good Job

 Looks great! weight might be an issue though? Would be pretty light and hard to get to the bottom in any deepish water.

 I agree with what you said although if i was in deep water i would much rather use one of my samakis than a 12 year old boys holiday creation.

Good on you for giving it a go, I have no doubt it will catch fish, it may just be the beginning of a whole new world for you. Nothing beats the thrill of catching a fish on something you have created yourself. At twelve I was already fishing obsessed but certainly never produced anything as good as what you have produced there.
