Actually that dinner is an unusual one for the gallery - my partner Andrea cooked it, not me!

 

The topping looks a lot more intense than it is, the colour is mostly spanish onion. We have a few herbs growing, but not enough to keep up with demand!

 

Seems there are a lot of AJ recipes for AJ with Marjoram or Oregano, in one form or another. Its a suprising combo for fish but always seems to work.

 

Auslobster: worst of it is, I amy by a very long margin, the fastest eater in the house!
