WTB - Herring and Gardies
Submitted by WSHN4FSHN on Fri, 2013-03-08 12:15
Hi guys I'm wanting to buy some herring and Gardies (bigger than penci)l for bait on a trip I'm leaving on tomorrow and was wondering if anyone is going out tonight and may get some extras. I'm willing to pay a bit towards them. I know I can buy them anywhere but I thought some kids might like some extra cash and have fun at the same time. PM me if anyone is interested. Prefer NOR. Cheers

Paying for fish??
Dont go getting anybody into trouble. If you sell fish without a pro license you will be breaking the law.
I did then the best that I knew how. When I knew better, I did better.

Definitely wouldn't want
Definitely wouldn't want that. Lets just say I'll contribute some fuel money instead then if anyone makes a fuss. A bit trivial really. Not really an option breno unfortunately otherwise I would get them myself. Just don't have the time for an opportunity to get some.

Go to pinnaroo point and use
Go to pinnaroo point and use chopped up mueli on small hooks. You will catch atleast a dozen in under 2 hours.

Plenty of herring at Yanchep
Plenty of herring at Yanchep at the mo, went there a week ago and got my bag limit in about 45 mins. Theyre active morning and mid - late arvo, whiting paternoster rigs work well with the best bait ive found to be the salted long life mulies. Club cap, south side of groyne in morning (theres a deep gutter about 10-20 metres out depending on tide) north side of groyne in the afternoon.
