wrought iron screens

Hi guys. not fishing related but nautical themed. just built a new deck/patio and putting up big bits of trellis as wind breaks,to break it up a bit I was going to insert some wrought iron screens/infills with afish or nautical theme,just wondering if anybody knows or has got mates that do that sort of stuff.cheers Mark

Need to find a company that does profile cutting, either lazer or plasma. company l work for does plasma
and have done similar things using ali or corten( rusty look )but geez its not cheap. Alot of time in programming.

Yeah you are right holth. I'm in the process of designing some gates and the infills will have a hand drawn cut out. They will need to be stitch cut but water cutting method. I have a artisty friend of mine who did the design but there is still a programming fee.

I just installed a water cutter, a laser cutter and a few cnc machines, only about 2m a peice haha!

It would be quicker to just trace the lines onto a sheet and cut it by hand with a plasma shetcha shceta?
You could ring Barnard Enterprises in Balcatta off Balcatta rd. They have a profile cutter. Ask if they would do it or refer you to someone else?
The new machines you load in a DXF file and put the sheet in.
