My guess is that the boat is probably now an open tinnie with windscreen removed, stickers removed or replaced, another motor with rear tiller controls. Signs to look for would be original mounts for forward controls and windscreen on similar boats and a 25 yam with forward controls for sale or on another boat, I haven't seen to many 25hp with fwd controls and possibly its been converted back to tiller control.
