Renewing your RFBL or checking if its valid?

 Hey all,

I cannot seem to renew my rfbl online claims transaction unsuccessful every time? Does anyone know a way to check if the license is valid just in case a direct debit has ocurred? This is the only reason I can think of why it wont accept payment from either of our credit cards?

Kind of annoying when your fishing tomorrow?

Regards, Old Salt

Log into your bank account and see if theres been a transaction?  If so, print it out as "proof of purchase".

G'day all...Yes this is a real pain in the arse since COLIN BARNETT stopped post office transactions for RFBL renewals...The people at fisheries headquarters assure me they are working to have this rectified...don't know when tho...

You just reminded me I have

You just reminded me I have to renew mine https://secure.fish.wa.gov.au/fish/

http://www.fish.wa.gov.au/Fishing-and-Aquaculture/Recreational-Fishing/Pages/Recreational-Fishing-Licences.aspx

No doubt Aust Post were hoping to gouge some of our licence money. Aust Post had taken aggressive measures so we couldn't do our licence online initially. No one else was going to be able to handle the transaction.

Whats happening with your transaction? Whats the error message? It should return you a temporary licence receipt on transaction. What cards are you using?

Have you tried applying for a 'NEW' licenceinstead 'RENEW'

Your right. I have just done

Your right. I have just done both, renewal, and new with the below error page. What did fisheries say when you rang them?

Same same

That was weird. I had a caching issue with pointers not dumping

I renewed mine online only a few weeks back and got an immediate receipt confirmation by email and the new licence in the post about 10 days later.

On the first page right up

On the first page right up the top, you have to tick the check box before you do anything else otherwise you will get the message you are getting!

Check that your c/c is set up for online transactions with your bank.
