Karratha

Hi,
I am visiting Karratha and surrounds in January and would like to try some land based fishing.
Any tips on where and what rigs to use would be most welcome.
I have purchased some Halco poppers, will these work?

Hey Kevin if you are going to target land base theres few places you can try.Dampier beach and boat ramp rock walls on either side of the tide ,the back beach Karratha on incoming tide. Clearville at the mouth theres a big hole that produces and the causeway onthe way to point samson seams to have a few blokes on it all the time so its probaly a likely spot as well.
