 Get yourself a chartplotter

Get yourself a chartplotter with card or just a chart, that will show countless lumps in those depths. Then its a case of sounding around those areas looking for the not so obvious lumps/ground. Even small lumps 1-2m rises will hold fish, anything that looks a bit different on the sounder is worth a drop. You'll soon start to learn what ground/shows will hold fish.

From Rockingham go out to 45m. Then slow down to 6 knots and take notice  of the sounder. I bet that if you head in any direction for 10 minutes at 6 knots  you will find lumps.should be able to at least get a feed.

 Head out just towards the

Head out just towards the south. There is plenty of ground out there to look at . Have a good look at the charts and you will see loads of places to try. As we did . You will get lots of misses but you will find some good spots too. The flat coral can hold many varieties of fish. From kg to dhuies . Dont give up on a good looking lump too quick tho as fish can be anywhere around . If you cant see fish on the sounder it doesn't mean they arent there
