fkn dogtooth! I feel for it hook, line, & sinker!!

I used to do this with my kelpie all the time, with smaller 2500 sized gear... now whenever I'm casting at the beach, or he comes on the boat, he sits in anticipation thinking its a game!!!

Did that to our pup and now every time we take him fishing he barks at anyone casting a bait or lure, He's that bad he even does it to strangers.

One thought he would grow out of it but over 8 years he's only got worse, you growl at him and he just heads off to pester who else is close by.

you guys were right about that i went fishing yesterday and took the dogs for the first time (as the staffy doesnt play well with others) so found a seculeded spot and oh boy talk about stress as soon as you pull out the rod till the minute you put it away they just want whatevers hanging off the end spent about 20 mins running up and down the beach just trying to cast oh well lesson learned witht that one hahah
